Join us for our first Disco Night. It's belly dance class at the studio, it's a fitness workout at the disco. Don your neon, your spandex, your bodysuits and meet us at House of Eights for the Saturday Night Belly Dance Workout Party.
This class is an interval-style workout: We will review and drill belly dance steps and combos to Jilly's personal Arabic EDM playlist with short and sweet cardio intervals to keep our heart rate up the entire class AKA the joy of sweating it out, building muscle and burning fat af.
